Glyphosate water solution (AS) processing production line
The common glyphosate water agents include glyphosate ammonium salt solution, glyphosate isopropylamine salt solution, and glyphosate potassium salt solution. The preparation process is generally divided into two steps: amine salt formation and preparation blending. After years of research and development, the Jinwang technical team has made significant breakthroughs in solid feeding, safety of amine salt formation process, tail gas recovery and treatment, automatic metering feeding, production efficiency, automation, intelligence, and other aspects.
1. Adopting a dust-free ton bag feeding device, automatic closed dust-free feeding is carried out to minimize dust pollution to the greatest extent possible;
2. The tail gas treatment of isopropylamine/ammonia metering tank and salt forming kettle adopts condensation reflux technology to reduce raw material waste;
3. Adopting intelligent pH meter to accurately monitor the process of amination into salt, effectively improving product quality and production efficiency;
4. Three dimensional layout, making full use of high height difference, reducing the number of conveying equipment, is conducive to energy conservation and consumption reduction;
5. Establish a wastewater recycling system to effectively reduce production costs.
